Before that, she spent a career in luxury travel, hospitality & events, and she brought all of that to the creative table when she launched in 2006. Soirée offers wedding design and staging, but not full wedding planning or day-of coordination. We’ll happily make the room spectacular. We’ll leave keeping the crazy cousins away from the bar to someone else.

Absolutely. For events other than weddings, Soirée can manage the experience from concept through execution—including planning, production, venue coordination, vendors, design, staging and all those tiny details that somehow become very big details on event day.

100% Yes. If you already have the logistics handled but need someone to make the room look and feel extraordinary, that’s our playground. We can create the concept, design the environment and stage the experience.

We sure do! We offer event décor, staging elements and select rentals, and can source additional pieces through our vendor partners when your vision calls for something we don’t already have.

We do not offer in house Audio/Visual services, but we have a list of preferred vendors we call on that will take the event to the next level with staging, music, sound, lighting and production. They drop the mic on excellent production!

Oh, can we! Soirée has something most event companies don’t: an entire marketing + printing ecosystem behind it. We can help with event branding, invitations, promotional materials, signage, printing SWAG, merch, social content, media opportunities, activations and the strategy that get people in the door & create sponsorship buzz…then wow them once the doors open.

Activations are interactive guest experiences designed to generate event engagement. Depending on the event, that might include custom bars, craft cocktail bars, branded installations, photo opportunities, Press for Champagne experiences, hat bars, sensory bars, create your own cocktail bars and more. We even have Texas-inspired vendor friends that host armadillo races. Yes. you read that right. We can also create interactive experiences tailored to your event or theme. Let’s talk about it.

Soirée is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, but we will travel anywhere in Texas depending on the project.
